Financial support for participants

Limited resources are available to support meeting participants. Priority is based on expected impact of your participation and requirements imposed by sponsors. Some assistance may also be available for students participating in the symposium. Since our resources are limited, smaller amount of assistance is more feasible. Please note that we cannot waive the registration fee for the meeting. All participants have to be pay fees either themselves, or have their fees paid by their sponsor, or by us.

By all means try to obtain support from other sources. Organizers (cracow@asdn.net) will be happy to provide you with the letter in support of your application, and if you are successful, we will display the logo of your sponsor on our web site.

Before your application for financial aid can be considered, we have need your contact information in our database. If you submitted an abstract, this was done for you by the organizers.
