If you indicate that you are from the Nano and Giga Conference and you want to share a ride on the van, they will try to combine people who come at the same time, and your cost will be much lower. Representative of the company will meet you near the Exit from the Custom Zone with the special card or other sign/name which you specify in your phone call or e-mail/fax message. Please, arrange the transportation in advance and provide them with your name, flight number, and arrival time to avoid problems.

Moscow metro operates between 5:30am and 1:00am. Single entry is 5 rubles (about 15 cents) and you get discount if you buy multiple passes.

Public transportation to the Palace of Science:

  • From hotel Rossia (Varvarka str. 6):
    From metro station "Kitai Gorod" (purple and orange line) take a train to "Kuznetski Most", change the line to station "Lubyanka" (red line) and take a train to the station "Kropotkinskaya" (3 stations), walk 5 minutes to PS.
     
  • From hotel Sheraton Palace Hotel (19, 1th-Tverskaya-Yamskaya str.):
    From metro station "Belorusskaya" (ring, Brown line) take a train to "Park Kultury " ring, change the line to radial station "Park Kultury" (red line) and take a train to the station "Kropotkinskaya" (1 station), walk 5 minutes to PS.

Hotel Rossia is located in the heart of historical Moscow downtown.

Sheraton Palace Hotel, (Phone 931 97 00) The five-star Sheraton Palace Hotel, built in 1993, is located in historical Tverskaya street, walking distance from Red Square and splendid Kremlin museums. The hotel is a part of the Sheraton Hotels Group.
